This chart represents Duluth Police Department arrest rates stratified by race from January 1st, 2017 to October 31st, 2020. The large sample size, consisting of 23,646 arrests, shows a clear racial disparity when compared to the demographics published in the last census.

It appears that African American and Native American residents were arrested at disproportionately high rates of 16% and 12.8% while only making up 4% and 2.3% of the Duluth population, respectively.
