Community Driven Initiatives

LEAN is a public resource for local organizers working for police accountability. In the hopes of building a stronger and more cohesive movement, we are committed to using our platform to connect people to existing police accountability initiatives.

By posting initiatives, we do not endorse them or the groups behind them. We will publish initiatives that are:

1) Directly related to police accountability in Duluth

2) Created by or in consultation with people directly impacted by police misconduct and violence

3) Contain clear action steps and demands

4) Are written clearly, concisely, and in an accessible way.
